Los Red Hot Chili Peppers son una banda de rock estadounidense formada en Los Ángeles en 1982. El grupo es conocido por su sonido caracterizado por una mezcla de funk, punk rock y hard rock, con influencias psicodélicas y latinas. La formación original incluía a Anthony Kiedis (voz), Flea (bajo), Hillel Slovak (guitarra) y Jack Irons (batería).
